We have invited Merete Eldrup together with Bibi Blomqvist to talk about their perspective on women in boards, how companies of all sizes pick their board members, how you as a current/aspiring board member fulfill your role and how you as a founder pick the right members for your board.

About Merete Eldrup

Merete Eldrup is the former CEO of TV 2/Denmark and former Vice President of the Danish Energy Agency. Today Merete has a fulltime professional board member career where she acts has chairman of the board at Nykredit, Rockwool Fonden, University of Copenhagen and furthermore as a board member in Egmont Fonden, Justitia and more.

About Bibi Blomqvist

Bibi Blomqvist is the co-founder and COO of Cogo. BIBI has spent 6+ years at KAYAK and Momondo as VP and Global Head of Sales before co-founding Cogo which gathers shared rides for frictionless mobility and better tomorrow. She is furthermore an Accelerace/Beyond Beta alumni and a mentor at the Female Founders Mentoring Program, a collaboration between Symbion and Beyond Beta (operated by Accelerace, the Danish Business Hubs and the Danish Design Center).
