Get help to realise the full potential of your complex biology R&amp;D beyond current technologies using the FIDA technology, which provides simple, accurate and rapid detection and characterisation of proteins and nanoparticles under natural conditions.<h1>Fidabio Workshop - Biophysics Characterisation</h1>Get help to realise the full potential of your complex biology R&amp;D beyond current technologies using the FIDA technology, which provides simple, accurate and rapid detection and characterisation of proteins and nanoparticles under natural conditions.In the first part of the workshop we will introduce you to the unique Flow Induced Dispersion Analysis technology (FIDA), which is based on a radically novel solution for size-based assessment of biomolecular interactions, stability, and concentration. The FIDA technology enables you to carry out analyses that are often impossible using other technologies.The second part of the workshop is in the lab, where we will give you a generic introduction to the Fida 1 instrument in action. Here we will demonstrate how easy it is to operate the Fida 1, and we will also give you an introduction to how the software works.The Fida 1 instrument is a versatile, easy-to-use platform to give you fundamental, quantitative information about the samples you are working with, including size, polydispersity, environmental stability, aggregation, viscosity, labelling efficiency, Protein Database Bank, correlation etc. Fida 1 also offers access to advanced analyses of, amongst others, protein-protein interactions, DNA-Protein, unfolding studies, conformational changes, membrane proteins, targeted protein degradation, liquid-liquid phase separation, VHH clone selection, bi-specifics, immunogenicity, exosomes, AAVs, etc. AND best of all…. It only takes 5 minutes, and few μL to analyse your sample, labelled or label-free, no immobilisation, no buffer constraints, temperatures from 4-55 °C, purified or non-purified.Following the two main sessions, it will be possible to schedule lab time to test your own sample (size, viscosity, stickiness, aggregates, label efficiency, PDI Index). We will have a Fidabio field application scientist at hand, helping you with your samples and showing you how to use Fida 1.PriceParticipation in the workshop is free.
