Join Copenhagen Fintech and Legacy for proptech themed Demo Day and the launch of our joint series: Real Estate Fintech Insights.
The Real Estate Fintech Insights is a series of insights seminars on decarbonization, green finance & fintech in real estate powered by Copenhagen Fintech and Legacy. The first out of three events will feature a panel debate in which we, together with Pension investors and private investors and banks, discuss how fintech solutions can help real estate scale decarbonization across the sector. We will discuss Carbon Pricing, green financing, barriers and opportunities to find out what we can do today and where we need to go in the future in terms of delivering commercial decarbonization incentives in real estate.
Stay tuned for the following events tackling the topic from various other perspectives – banks, policy makers and AI innovation.

The proptech startups presenting their solutions and use cases for the financial services industry has come from Copenhagen Fintech's Tech for fin program. The program helps tech startups from various verticals besides fintech to explore and validate use cases in fintech. We ran a successful health tech cohort in fall 2024 and zoomed in on proptech in spring 2025.
The program is run in collaboration with our partners from Danmarks Erhvervsfremmebestyrelse.
This event will be held in person at the Copenhagen Fintech Lab. If you're located abroad and unable to join in person, you're invited to join online.
