Guidelines for Dandiya Night

1. Entry Timings Entry will be permitted strictly between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM only. No entry will be allowed after 6:00 PM under any circumstances.

2. Entry Verification Students will be allowed entry only after verification of: o Original College ID Card

3. Pending ID Cards Students who have not yet received their college ID card may produce any valid college document (Fee slip / Admit card / Any official document with name & roll number) along with their original Aadhaar Card along with online registration.

4. Re-entry Policy Once a student exits the event premises, re-entry will not be permitted.

5. Prohibited Items Students are not allowed to carry:

o Water bottles or any liquids

o Perfume cans / sprays o Bags of any kind (backpack, handbags)

6. Vehicles Students’ personal vehicles will not be allowed inside the campus premises during the event.

7. Guests / Outsiders Entry is strictly restricted to students of Inderprastha College only. Outsiders without pass will not be permitted.

8. Dress Code & Conduct Students are expected to dress decently and maintain discipline. Any form of misbehavior, harassment, or inappropriate conduct will lead to immediate removal, strict disciplinary action, and if necessary, police action.

9. Alcohol / Drugs / Smoking Consumption or possession of alcohol, drugs, or cigarettes inside or outside the event premises is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face immediate expulsion and may be subject to police action.

10.Security & Checking All students will be subject to frisking and security checks at entry. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry if prohibited items are found or in inebriated state .

11.Responsibility of Belongings The college will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings. Students are advised not to carry valuables
