Cyber Security Hackathon - Aalborg

It's a fact. Cybersecurity is one of the hottest areas in tech. That's why we are doing a CyberHack Hackathon 2.0!

As attackers continue to find ways to breach systems, the market for security solutions is growing at a rapid pace with many new entrants and innovative solutions, and we need a lot of new talents for this field! That’s why we once again do a CyberHack Hackathon in Aalborg on September 28-29 (Saturday-Sunday).

The program, cases and people engaged for the hackathon will be announced later, but you can block the date and reserve your seat from today. The seats are limited, and last year they were taken within 2 weeks. So don’t way too long :)

Who can participate?

The hackahton is targeting students either studying cyber security, fresh grads or students who are curious within the field. We really hope to see you there! When you have reserved your seat, you will be updated when we have more info!

The hackahton will take place at Aalborg University, Frederik Bajers vej 7A.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
9.30 - Registration, breakfast and networking
10.00 - Kick-off by Moderator Linda Pedersen & Jens Myrup Pedersen
10.30 - Case presentations
11.00 - Getting into your team and start hackathon!
12.30 - Lunch
13.30 - Hacking with team
16.00 - Mentor session
18.00 - Dinner
22.30 - Keep hacking all night

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 29
9.00 - Breakfast
12.00 - Lunch
13.30 - Finishing hacking – and getting ready for presentations
14.30 - Presentation for the jury
15.45 - Winner is announced by the jury
16.00 - Thank you & round off
