This three-day retreat is designed to help board members and leaders work together to create real value for their organizations. We’ll learn how to tackle key challenges and come up with practical solutions through hands-on activities, discussions, and real-world examples. By the end, you’ll have clear actions to bring value-creation plans back to your organization. This retreat is all about building stronger leadership, improving collaboration, and finding ways to drive growth and innovation that can make a difference.

Purpose:

At the heart of this retreat is the concept of value creation. The retreat aims to:

  • Strengthen the relationship between board members and operational leadership.
  • Equip leaders with tools for creating and facilitating spaces for value creation within their own organizations.
  • Foster open dialogue, collaboration, and reflection to address strategic organizational challenges.

By the end of this retreat, participants will have gained actionable insights and hands-on experience in designing and facilitating spaces for value creation, enhancing their leadership capabilities, and improving their ability to generate value at both the board and organizational levels.

Outcomes:

By attending this retreat, participants will:

  • Understand the principles of value creation and how to apply them within their organizational context.
  • Develop a clear action plan for establishing learning and value creation spaces within their own organizations, fostering collaboration across traditional boundaries.
  • Create tangible takeaways, such as a draft value creation agenda or a strategy for ongoing board and leadership engagement.
  • Enhance leadership skills that foster collaboration, agility, and adaptability in decision-making and organizational development.
