In our first talk of the night, Hampus Jakobbson general partner at Pale Blue Dot will host a conversation with angel investor Louise Krogh, who’s investments include Copenhagen-based EV charging platform Monta, and Nicole LeBlanc, partner at sustainability-focused VC 2150. They will explore how planet friendly startups are preparing for a new world: from buildings and goods to finance and logistics.

Are successful early teams strong in their own way or do they have common features? How do you give early employees the best chances of success? How do you truly incentivise people? Where to start with warrants and employee equity? How do you grow into leadership roles as co-founders? How important are titles? What can hybrid teams learn from remote-first companies?
