Natalie Pu is a counsel in Magnusson’s Denmark office and is part of their Corporate/M&A team as well as their China Group. Natalie has practiced law in China working for one of the world’s most successful law firms and is a dual-qualified Chinese and US (California) lawyer. Her extensive practice is focused on inbound and outbound investments, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Nikolaj Juhl Hansen is the managing partner of Magnusson Law Firm in Denmark. He also heads Magnusson’s China Desk and is part of Magnusson International’s cross-border M&A team. Nikolaj has previously worked in the UK law firms Eversheds and Travers Smith and has in-depth experience with handling cross-border transactions and projects. He is also very experienced in handling Chinese investment in the Nordic-Baltic region and advising European businesses on projects in China.
