Emily from Emily Workouts (https://www.instagram.com/emilyworkouts/) will host a boxing workout where she will push you to the limit. Don't forget your boxing gloves, workout-clothes, a bottle of water and a small towel, because you will definitely be sweating after this class. If necessary, we have boxing gloves that you can borrow.
