About this event

Join us as the CEO of Pelican Self Storage, Burkhart Franz (MBA 89D), opens his doors and shares the story of the most crisis-resistant commercial real estate asset class since its inception in the 1970s. Burkhart has over 20 years of multicultural leadership in Self-Storage, B2C and B2B distribution and restaurant chains. From this comes a vast array of great stories and one of them is how to create a lucrative niche within the self-storage industry. In addition to an exciting site visit and a good story, there will be an option to join an informal dinner after the event.
