📺 The webinar

How resilient is your company if the foundations you rely on start to change? Shifting winds in geopolitics, unpredictable extreme weather events and regulatory pressures can expose your company’s operations to new vulnerabilities.

A climate risk assessment offers a structured method to identify what physical and financial risks your company may face in a warming global landscape. Rather than hoping for the best under a business-as-usual scenario, this method allows you to identify potential disruptions and translate them into what resonates in business terms: financial metrics.

Join our upcoming webinar to discover how climate risk assessments unlock strategic value and resilience. Our experts will demystify climate risk basics, challenge common misconceptions and demonstrate how this tool can become a driver of competitive advantage.

Drawing on leading frameworks such as the TCFD, ISSB, and IEA Net Zero pathways, and fresh business insights from our client work, this session will explain:

  • What climate risk means for your business
  • Why investors, regulators, and customers care
  • How companies can turn risk assessments into value-generating strategies

🗓 Agenda

  • Physical vs. transition risks explained
  • How climate risk assessments guide strategy, innovation and capital allocation
  • Real-world examples: resilient products, adaptation markets and shifting portfolios
  • Practical tools: scenario analysis, opportunity mapping and turning insights into business value

We will conclude the webinar with a live Q&A session, allowing you to engage directly with our expert panel.
