We are happy to announce a brand new 5-month Women Innovation Program, empowering women to engage in innovation development, STEAM fields and become future creators, not only consumers.

Alter State is an international platform bringing together individuals, teams & organizations from around the globe to gain leadership, innovation and STEAM skills through focused sprints, one step at a time.

This year, we invite future and experienced women innovators to join the mentorship and traineeship program, divided into several hands-on masterclasses 🎯

Find the program timeline below:

⚡️ June 9. Masterclass 1: Problem-finding. The workshop is dedicated to helping to identify a challenge that you want to solve, start building your team and analyze the problem's scope to make a proper problem-solving strategy.

🗣👥 August 26. Masterclass 2: Users Interview. User interviews are an essential part of solution development. As innovators, they should empathize with users, their problems and try to look for the best solutions to solve them.

💡 September 23. Masterclass 3: Creativity Session. The session's goal is to boost creativity and encourage looking for state-of-the-art solutions while solving complex challenges.
