We are delighted to present long-time Production Manager Alice James, in association with Patchwork London, for an insightful introduction to Production Management — the discipline that keeps live shows running smoothly ⚙️
This workshop will explore the relationship between Stage Management and Production Management, as well as dive into the technical and logistical foundations of a production: Festival vs venue, Stage structures & rigging, Advancing, Budgeting, Logistics, Communication, Essential Health & Safety responsibilities
🗣️ Along the way, there will also be a panel discussion featuring Alice, Karima (Wet Leg) and Patchwork’s own Chris Parker, sharing further perspectives from the production side
Whether you’re considering a move into Production Management or simply want to better understand how touring productions come together, this session offers a clear and accessible look behind the curtain of the live music industry
The workshop is open to all genders Patchwork will serve refreshments during the event 🥤 — so please inform us of any dietary requirements upfront.
