This year’s Townhall theme dives into the founder’s everyday reality: balancing what you know with everything you don’t.
The known is the playbook — metrics, models, and lessons learned. It gives footing.
The unknown is uncharted — new markets, bold pivots, and risks no one can fully predict.
Stay only in the known, and you repeat the past. Stay only in the unknown, and you lose direction.
The art — and challenge — is to navigate both.
