As we approach Pride and South Asian Heritage Month, we invite you to dive into the vibrant history and media portrayal of LGBT communities across the US/Europe and South Asia. Explore queer representation through Pop Divas and Bollywood Icons and learn how these regions have navigated queer representation, highlighting significant events, cultural shifts, and influential figures. D&I facilitators, Charlie and Safiya, will take us on a tour of popular film and music and what we can learn about the LGBTQ+ community.
