Co-Hosted by Sean Young, head cook of Risky Brisket Championship BBQ Team & Founder Mission Zero Hundred Hours. Sean has over 18 years of experience in cooking professional BBQ contests all over the US. Risky Brisket has won many BBQ contests, including multiple perfect scores (180's) and 1st place category wins. Sean has taught over 70 BBQ classes around Chicagoland combining his experience, love for BBQ, and exuberant personality into an action-packed 5-hour course for students of all skill levels. There is truly nothing he cooks that you wouldn't give a limb to try... we promise!
