Delivered by Tasha, Katie, or Annie (fully qualified Hypnobirthing instructors) learn how to write a fully informed birth plan for every stage of labour, what to pack in your hospital bag, how to advocate for your preferences, relaxation and distraction techniques to stay calm, tips to boost helpful hormones, comfortable positions, how to deal with any pain (including pain relief options) and how to be the best birth partner.
