Organizer of The 3rd Annual Philadelphia Hot Sauce Festival
Hamilton Hops & Heat is Co-produced by Whitehouse Station Sauce Company and Cast Iron Kyle. Whitehouse Station Sauce Company is a family owned and operated company located in scenic Hunterdon County, New Jersey. It is the brainchild of Jon Kasper, a culinary graduate of the prestigious Johnson and Wales University. Kyle Seip is a cast iron cooking enthusiast and amateur chef. Not only does he share tricks for cooking with cast iron and tips on how to properly clean it, he also restores and sells vintage skillets. Bon Appetit magazine named him the “Instagram King of Old Pans.”
