Glaze courses

These 4 week courses are suitable for total beginners or people with a little bit of experience on the wheel.

Longer, 5 hour throwing sessions for beginners and intermediate. Beginners are open to people with little or no experience and intermediate are those with some experience but who want to improve on a certain technique

These 6 week courses will give you a basic understanding of handbuilding, throwing, glazing and raku techniques. Once you’ve completed this course you can then move onto our regular night classes (when spaces available). Suitable for total beginners

Raku, horsehair raku, obvara, pit firing, smoke firing, saggar firing. Check out our raku and alternative firings for beginners or potters who want to learn a little more about playing with fire!
