All BNT team members need to complete our in house training.BNT Community CIC- Who we areBelonging Nurture Thrive (BNT) Community is a not for profit that hosts monthly wellness social events and CPD training for career professionals in the childcare, early years and education sector to prevent burnout, boost mental health, build community and provide CPD learning opportunities. Originally founded by @nannysharz after realising there were no spaces in the industry that catered to mental health, self care and high quality educational opportunities she created BNT Nannies in May 2022, which later rebranded as a not for profit BNT Community CIC. Originally created for nannies then branched out to other educators and childcare professionals BNT hosts monthly events rooted in community, learning and self care including our 2 annual events CPD Early Years and wellness conference NannyCON and our Christmas party in December. We provide good vibes, positive energy and great connections all year round.What we doWe host monthly online and in person events and CPD training to professionals that work with children as a way to prioritise self care and improve professional skills through CPD . We are passionate about building relationships, new friendships and providing a supportive, diverse and inclusive community for early years professionals and domestic workers. We host monthly meet ups- picnic playdates, CPD Webinars, wellbeing walks, online vision board parties, Cocktails and Chill, after work drinks, Games Night, Karaoke nights, WhatsApp and Facebook support group, a CPD annual Childcare & Wellness Conference NannyCON and an annual Christmas lunch, Christmas party.Our Community Values-I.N.S.P.I.R.
